Decisions

One of the Union's most basic functions is to file complaints to enforce the rights of bargaining unit members. These complaints may take the form of grievances, unfair labor practices, Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) appeals, and sometimes EEO complaints. This page will contain relevant decisions from various forums.

Favorable EEOC Grievance Decision Re: 180 Day Cases, 9/5/03
The EEOC appealed the above Arbitrator's decision to the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA). The FLRA issued its decision on July 13, 2004 upholding the Arbitrator's decision. The EEOC must now provide the relief to the grievant that the Arbitrator's award.
